Xero Shoes are designed with a wide, foot-shaped toe box and a zero-drop sole.
Use the charts below to find your best fit. Because our shoes are wider than conventional footwear,
you may not need to size up for extra width.
Men’s Sizing
All men’s styles are wider than conventional shoes. If you normally size up for width, try your usual size first.

How to Measure Your Feet
1
Prepare
Stand on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with your new shoes.
2
Mark & Measure
Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel. Measure the distance between the two marks.
3
Compare
Match your foot length in centimeters to the chart above. If between sizes, consider the fit you prefer.
4
Consider Your Fit Preference
Some like toes near the end; others prefer 0.5–1.5 cm of extra space. Size up if you want more room.
Fit Note: Because Xero Shoes are already wider than conventional footwear, you may not need to size up for width. Natural materials like leather or canvas may stretch slightly during initial wear.
If you have particularly narrow feet, consider ordering a women’s style. Many male customers find a great fit in women’s styles—just adjust the size by 1.5 (for example, a men’s 7 equals a women’s 8.5).
Measure your feet at the end of the day when they are at their largest. Always measure both feet and use the larger measurement for the best fit.
